Renovation of the Romand headquarters in 2015
The headquarters of Mobiliar, the oldest private insurance company in Switzerland, is located on an exceptional site. It is located in a park open to the public and overlooks the lake. The transformation project of the building aims to create a building with a resolutely contemporary language and to preserve the privileged relationship that the building has with its environment as well as the spirit of openness that characterizes the place.
The development of the project is oriented around three main axes, namely An optimization of the existing surfaces through a decomposition of the floors into distinct zones with closed premises in the center of the building on the one hand and open-space offices in the two wings on the other hand; A reconsideration of the access flows to the building with the modification of the location of the main entrance; The reconstruction of a volume for the restaurant in a central position, offering a meeting place of contemporary design.
Mobiliar Headquarters: Lemanvisio was in charge of the audiovisual integration of the building's auditorium when it was completed in 2018 with regular monitoring of the installations to date.
