Update of rooms in 2017

We equipped the building when it was built in 2008 and have been providing regular monitoring of the installations and maintenance of the rooms ever since.
It was only natural that Trafigura approached us when we were awarded the tender to update the conference rooms.

The building includes the following types of rooms:

  • Various BOARDROOM with home automation and video conferencing integration
  • CEO Conference Room
  • VIP conference room
  • Videoconference room 8-10 people
  • Presentation room for 4-6 people

We are particularly proud to have succeeded in combining the quality of the equipment with the beauty of the rooms, while combining technological performance and design with the company Erich Keller, for the furniture part of the building.

The screens integrated into the custom-made tables, the sound pick-up by specific loudspeakers and the custom-made programming, among other things, make for a perfect blend of efficiency and the rigour necessary for this type of environment.
The installation also includes a digital centralisation of all the matrices and the audio part.
